Should the product fail to function in the manner set out in the limited warranty statement referred to in Hewlett-Packard's Terms and Conditions, the product may be returned within 14 days of delivery or such other period as may be stated in the limited warranty statement. For the avoidance of doubt, product returns are strictly in respect of HP or Compaq branded products only. |

Free Delivery for Peninsular Malaysia. For delivery to East Malaysia, min RM30 and above per unit (depending on weight and destination) shall be charged on all purchases. |

The Order herein may be cancelled by Employee prior to delivery of the Products provided that if any order is cancelled after it has been acknowledged by hp, hp reserves the right to charge Employee a cancellation fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the value of the order.
